Chef for a Day


Arrive in the morning to your private parking space at Spring House Restaurant, Kitchen & Bar and enjoy a tour of the restored 1920’s landmark residence and our culinary gardens. During a delicious Gourmet Breakfast we will discuss your Customized Cooking Instruction for the day. An embroidered Culinary Uniform will allow for a professional look as we begin morning prep in “The Laboratory.” Later in the day, a Food and Beverage Tasting will allow for menu development and pairings of cocktails and wines for Dinner Service. The Chef’s Table has been reserved for you and your guest(s) at 6:00 pm. We will complete the afternoon prep and print a Commemorative Recipe Collection to record the experience.

No cooking experience is necessary and all levels of expertise are welcome. Advance registration is required. Payment is required at the time of registration. Cancellation up to one week ahead to receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made three business days in advance to receive credit.
